Confident Body = Confident Mind (and vice versa)

Listen up mother f**ker, I’m talking directly to you.

YES, YOU, BROTHER. 

There’s a direct correlation between the mind and the body, you can’t separate one from the other.

What do I mean by this?

When your mind is nervous, guess what follows directly behind? You guessed it, your body. 

But this goes both ways, meaning you can pimp this sh*t out to work in your favor. Let me explain…

If you learn how to make your body confident, it will have the inverse effect and make your mind more confident.

That’s right, all you have to do is put your body into a confident position, and your mind will follow shortly after, it’s as easy as that.

But how do you do it?

All I’m asking for is two minutes for you to test this, after that you can sit back down on your ass and continue what you were doing before. Fair?

Let’s break these poses out my guy! Start with this:

  1. The Superhero

Stand shoulder width apart, chest up chin up, and place your clenched fists on your hips.

I see you cringing inside big dog, but nothing screams “I’m the man” more than this pose.

  1. The Vitruvian

Ever seen that drawing by Leonardo Da Vinci?

Arms and legs spread out like a star?

Is doing this pose for 2 minutes a day the secret to becoming a true renaissance man?

Who knows…

Alright, let’s take a look at more “normal” looking poses.

  1. The CEO

Lean back, don’t cross your arms, and kick your feet up on some high furniture.

Look like you own the place.

  1. The Brute

Rest your arms on the table, and lean in, putting your weight on your arms.

Talk to someone across the table like this and they’ll know you’re serious.

  1. Stand straight

The most simple one that can be done anytime.

Simply keep your shoulders back and chin high.

Avoid slouching, looking down, or crossing your arms.

That’s it boys.

I challenge you right now, pick one to do for the next two minutes.

Practice one or two of these poses in the morning for a quick boost of confidence.
